After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status via our website or the carrier’s website using this tracking number.
- Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to UAE only. Please check our shipping policy for any restrictions or exclusions.
Returns
- Return Window:
You can return most items within 7 days of the purchase date. Please check the specific return window for each product category as it may vary.
- Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. This means they should be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. For skincare and cosmetics, the safety seal should be intact.
- Return Process:
Online Returns: Log in to your Glow N Go account and navigate to the “Order History” section. Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions for initiating a return.
- Refunds:
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account. - Non-Returnable Items:
Some items, such as opened skincare products, certain cosmetics, or personalized items, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
- Shipping Costs:
If you return an item due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees.
